The Tasmanian RISE Project has been founded by Anitt Girgla and Sonia Saini, two women driven by a shared vision: to elevate disability support standards.

Anit and Sonia bring over 15 years of combined professional knowledge spanning education, disability, community engagement, and research. Crucially, their approach is deeply shaped by their lived experience and background in caregiving. This foundation of empathy, cultural insight, and a belief in truly person-centred care sets us apart.

Our goal is simple: to create connections, not just deliver services. We are committed to our RISE values of Respect, Integrity, Support, and Empowerment, ensuring every person we support can RISE.
